I just placed my order, when can I expect it to be sent?+
All orders are processed in 3 - 5 business days.
I didn't pick up my order in time and it was sent back...+
Return orders will be resent for a handling fee of 100 dkk.
Are all of the coffees light roast?+
Yes. We aim to optimally develop our coffee. This often results in light roasts suitable to be brewed as filter or espresso, with some coffees better suited for filter.
How often do you launch new coffees?+
We are adding 2-3 coffees to our current offerings every quarter, with some additional offerings reserved for subscriptions.
